Sydney Medical Service -100HOMEGP is a not-for-profit Accredited co-operative supporting General Practices in Sydney for over 50 years. The membership held with practices supports our roster, referring their patients in private homes and residential aged care facilities through a strong relationship emphasis that our doctors uphold.
About the position:
We support a work-life balance that our roster provides in the after-hour period while also supporting doctors working towards their fellowship requirements. Our user-friendly software is web based with doctors attending to reports and billing on-line during shift and communicates with staff in the call centre to assist doctors while on duty while also allowing patients to receive text messages to prepare for doctor’s arrival.
Roster Hours:
- Monday – Friday 6pm – 8am
- Saturday from 12pm
- 24hr Sunday & Public holidays

Role requirements:
- Vocational / Non-VR doctors
- General registration or specialist registration with APHRA
- PGY3 and above
- Minimum 6 months experience in ED and paediatrics
